我是個男生...今年16歲身高大約167cm.....原本71...就很煩了但依不注意就到80了真的很煩....而過幾天就要開學了,一想到救心急我沒什麼再吃宵夜但平時沒運動..+上愛吃東西.所以變成這樣...請問大哥大姊!(1)我該吃什麼?(2)睡眠有限制嗎?大概幾點到幾點?(3)該做哪種運動比較有效.?(4)屁股和大腿and胸部-///-可��
