是賽前被起訴，比賽中途離開，並非比賽中被帶走

比賽到一半被警察抓走
老實說這怎麼想都很奇怪，完全不符合比例原則
有什麼必要性一定要在比賽中把人帶走？
危及社會安全的重罪？有逃亡之虞？現行犯？
怎麼看都不是
罪行也不是多重的罪
其實寄傳票叫他去法院報到就好
就像鄉民誹謗 公然侮辱，也沒有警察直接去你家抓公然侮辱罪吧
有什麼必要要去球場抓人的？
