最近因為朋友想學游泳
而自己花錢學又太貴 (現在是要省錢時候..)
而且她也是只想學基本的
會游就好XD
我是先教她憋氣 之後水母漂 這都OK
甚至手用浮板 腳踢水 ( 但頭要一直在水裡偶爾換氣 )
這也都OK
可是把浮板拿掉 讓她手打直換氣時
（之前學的是手打直，腳踢水，換氣時雙手下壓頭抬起來換）
她的鼻子就會進水 ........
每次試每次都會這樣
可是換成浮板就不會 @@
有想過要買鼻夾 .. 但不知道會不會很奇怪 ...
上次游到一半去游泳池附設的販賣部問小姐有沒有鼻夾
他叫我們直接報他們的游泳班,學的也比較專業
(又不是要比賽....)
不曉得有沒有版友遇過類似的情況呢??
該怎麼克服?
還是說真的直接買鼻夾比較快?
