暖身拉筋、冰敷的時間點? - 游泳討論

我只會游蛙式的,但沒有游得很好
前鎮子覺得自己游得比較順了
就游得比較快比較激烈
也許是我游的方法有錯,踢腳踢太大力了
造成我右邊膝蓋好痛
休息了兩個禮拜還是會痛,只好跑去看運動傷害科的醫生
醫生說有可能是我姿勢錯誤造成膝蓋的?發炎
重點應該是夾水而不是踢水
另外他也發現我的筋太緊,叫我回家要做拉筋運動
另外游泳前、游泳後都要拉筋,再來膝蓋要冰敷15分鐘
他說這是保護膝蓋的保養動作
可是因為我脊椎受傷,做的拉筋動作需要有器具輔助
所以我不好意思穿著泳衣在大家面前做拉筋動作
另外,覺得要把冰敷袋帶到游泳池也很麻煩
所以我想問一下如果我在家裡做好拉筋
從家裡騎車到泳池只要5分鐘,這樣可以嗎?
會不會暖身完沒有馬上游泳就失去那個意義了呢?
那我游完泳洗完澡後趕快回家再拉筋,接著冰敷
這樣有效果嗎?會不會隔太久了呢?
因為當初忘記問醫生,所以上來問問大家的意見,謝謝..^_^
