好像是個很怪的問題...
距離是不會很遠,也會先熱身再來才是低強度的慢跑
主要是怕下水後抽筋
(3鐵都是先下水沒錯吧??)
有人有這種經驗嗎??
熱身及加大運動量似乎是一個好的選擇
