是太久沒游泳還是年紀大體力變差 - 游泳討論

每次偶而去游泳通常是傍晚,游個蝶式前100m自由式1800-2000m後蝶式100m結束,
不過重點來了,只要去游泳那個晚上想念書都沒力氣了,還有很浪費時間(整晚報銷)
有人可以游長泳,然後間安配好回去又可以興致勃勃念書嗎?
還有年紀越來越大游泳應該有差吧,總覺得以前回去還不會痠痛,但是現在速度也變慢
然後身體也變酸痛了,可能是距離上一次游泳已經快1個半月才會這樣嗎?
是不是我應該固定時間多去游泳,把體能回復才會改善這個問題
暑假比較有空可以去改進這問題
