NBA interpretations of the relevant throw-in Rule No. 10, Section III,
provided the player
doesn’t leave the designated throw-in spot (laterally) or leave the playing
surface (e.g., stepping into the stands) to gain an advantage.
翻譯:
根據NBA對於規則10中發邊線球的解釋
也就是只要沒有離開發球指定區域或是因為離開球場(例如跑上觀眾席)而得利
Waiters 在嘗試發邊線球時跳躍是可以被允許的
