: 也就是說從邊線傳球進場時 傳球者不能雙腳離地 (這個意思沒錯吧)
: 而當時Waiters卻是用跳的傳球 (當時他已經失去平衡)
: 不知各位有何看法

這部分其實裁判報告裡面有

但很有趣的是 這是CNC 也就是正確的吹判(沒有TO)

解釋如下:

00:13.5 Turnover: Inbound Turnover Dion Waiters CNC

Waiters (OKC) jumps during his inbound attempt, which is permissible under
NBA interpretations of the relevant throw-in Rule No. 10, Section III,
provided the player
doesn’t leave the designated throw-in spot (laterally) or leave the playing
surface (e.g., stepping into the stands) to gain an advantage.

翻譯:

根據NBA對於規則10中發邊線球的解釋

也就是只要沒有離開發球指定區域或是因為離開球場(例如跑上觀眾席)而得利

Waiters 在嘗試發邊線球時跳躍是可以被允許的
