1.我早晨走路減肥我沒有走很快一般步調但走了快要兩小時留了很多汗請問這樣走路有用嗎?2.我體重計壞掉ㄇ?我早上運動完量+早上大便完-了0.4~0.5但是我早午餐正常吃他又回來了這樣算正常嗎?3如果會回來是不是早晨運動晚上也要運動增加運動量呢?
