日本火腿外野手王柏融29日開轟後，連4戰都沒有先發，3日代打建功，再度轟出全壘打，本季第2轟出爐。
火腿打線遭到軟銀先發東浜巨壓制，前7局都沒有攻下分數，軟銀則在2局下柳田悠岐開轟先得分，6局下再靠栗原陵矢適時安打建功，以2比0領先。
火腿8局上進攻，維倫紐瓦（Christian Villanueva）保送上壘，清宮幸太郎敲出雙殺打，王柏融代打捕手宇佐見真吾的打席，2好2壞後，鎖定141公里伸卡球，轟出右中外野全壘打，幫助火腿攻下第1分。
