新手練球姿勢很難調... - 羽球

小弟目前有跟著教練練球,但是總覺得身體的律動一直不如預期,
例如練習高遠球,看同學跟一些前輩,覺得他們身體的律動都很漂亮...
主要就是啟動 > 側身 > 手引拍 > 甩拍這個一連串動作,我的上半身都很僵硬,
基本上就算球來時不斷提醒自己要做到上述動作,
身體還是很難控制就是正面面對球,擊球....
自己平常空揮拍好像動作還可以,但上場教練餵球時,動作就又僵硬起來...
其他動作米字步之類的就不用說,就動作都很卡....
練得有點灰心...,想請教各位前輩,像我這種運動神經不好的,
有什麼練習方式讓我克服這個難關呢?
PS 小弟一直都有參加親友的休閒團羽球,裡面也有幾個高手
到最近這兩個月才有找教練想認整調整之前爛動作。
