最近開始練柔道,被教練說1.肌力不夠 2.腳力不夠 3.重訓不夠 4.腕力不夠(我的天阿),
由以上4點之外,由於是只練星期六、日之外,一到五則必須上課、上班,更加必須自己加強體能訓練,
除此之外,由於自己本身領悟力也不是很好,我不知平常能做像什麼樣的練習(我平常有做像是慢跑、跳繩、單槓、仰臥起座、俯立挺身)
,重量的話,沒有場地,所以無法練,麻煩有看到這篇文章的人能以初學者的角度,來給予平常如何有效的鍛練自己的方法與建議,謝謝
