救生員訓練有減肥效果嗎? - 游泳討論

這個夏天想利用游泳減肥。
但是每天一個人去游,1000m蛙式(不間斷)之後就覺得無聊了,
再游幾百自由式就不想再游下去,
感覺這樣效果很慢。
看到版上有救生員訓練的討論,
覺得好像不錯,可以強迫自己游的強度再高一點。
而且能夠學到救生的技巧,也很好。
但有幾個問題想請教:
1.好像沒看過救生員有女性耶。女性也可以當救生員嗎?
2.我是大近視,平常自己游看不清楚沒關係,但是當救生員的話,
視力會不會構成問題?而且我也不戴隱形眼鏡...
請問這樣要怎麼辦?戴有度數的蛙鏡就好了嗎?
3.救生員訓練的強度似乎很高,不知道對減肥是否會產生反效果?
會不會強度太高,把肥肉都練成肌肉?這樣我就更頭大了...
4.訓練好像都在一個月左右。女生有月經的問題...如何解決?
