這是最近看到的一個影片,教人家在進行攻擊的動作時,可以去注意的一些地方
覺得還滿有用的,所以放上來和大家分享一下
不一定要照他說的做,但可以參考參考,說不定也能發現一些自己用得上的地方
主題即為「讓打出來的球有力-Hitting with power」

大略幫大家整理一下「Form-姿勢」
我們扣球(spike)有四個重要的部分(component)
1.將你的手往後拉:
最常遇到的問題,是有些人會先將手往前擺
這樣向前甩、向後甩、再向前甩之下,會讓整個人往前的衝量下降
唯一要做的只有一個-就是向後甩(Bo!)
注意你的手腕,要像影片中做的那樣(翹)
如此一來,可以得到一個最佳向前甩的動量
2.把向前的動量轉換為向上的動量:
注意手腕的擺動(如影片中強調)
另一個重點,是前臂,將前臂用力往上~~帶,達到最高點
3.攻擊那隻手往後拉的動作:
是將「手腕往後拉」,而非「手肘往後拉」
用意在於減少不必要的關節動作(於是變快)及拉高打點(手肘盡量在肩膀水平面上方)
另外手腕的動作也要注意,直接拉過去就變成後彎-以便隨時攻擊
手肘的部分,成90度,勿整個彎起來或打太開
4.揮臂:
將左手下拉到胸口(重點!以自己試過的經驗,動作比較不會開掉,整個身體的力都
能用上,而不是只靠某些肌肉在出力)
拉得太低或是往外都會讓上半身失去平衡,失去協調性而使不出力
另外,左手放在這兒,右手也比較容易貼著耳朵,意味著打點自然高些
然後是右手的部分,三個重點(加強擊球力道的切入點,說是有別的影片更詳細…)
a.身體的旋轉
b.上臂由後向前向上揮,「經過頭的旁邊」
c.手腕甩,擊到球後順順做完動作
注意點也是動作別開掉
