摔的時候用自己倒下去的重量拉,或是順勢倒下去壓在對方身上
當然也有摔完兩腳站得好好的

就無規則街頭格鬥來說,摔完兩個人都躺著這是正確的嗎?
如果很擅長寢技當然沒什麼好怕的,但好像也有街頭格鬥不要隨便主動帶入地板戰的說法
