捷式速度加強方法? - 游泳討論

是這樣的
小弟從7月開始持續性游泳(一周大概4次左右)
我從一開始每次700ˋ800ˋ1000ˋ1200ˋ1500m
現在游自由式1000m大概可以控制30分鐘以內
因為我都會留個50m計時看自己游多少
從一開始1分多到50幾秒再破50大關到47秒
之後就像撞牆期一樣就一直停留在47秒了> <
我爬了文自由式腿部佔30趴手部占了70趴於是我最近都拿浮板練打水
但還是沒甚麼起色.....我覺得我手部已經到了極限了
說了那麼多廢話我只是想問有甚麼方法可以再加快嗎?
像是伏地挺身有用嗎?希望可以推薦一些不用到健身房的鍛練方法
想變快阿~最近開學看到泳隊都好羨慕游這麼快阿~
