捷式划手板使用 - 游泳討論

昨天晚上買了新玩具划手板只比手掌大一點，類似這款 http://ppt.cc/My~H

早上就迫不及待去試試，為了怕第一次不會用受傷，就先徒手緩游1000M捷暖身

令人驚喜的是，放鬆緩游也有23mins的成績，這可是一個月前的全力游的最佳成績啊~

後來就戴上划手板開始游，游了300M後，發現手在入水及抓水的時候只要角度

不是很正，手腕馬上會有翻掉的感覺，對入水抓水的姿勢養成很有幫助

但是在推水的時候反而感覺差異不大，我原本以為戴上划手板會有像在玩

Needs for Speed裡按Nos的感覺，一趟300M下來每50M進步2~4秒

感覺上對肌力的負擔並沒有增加太多，是因為我推水推太小力嗎?

我推水是自翻腕抓水到內側後緩緩加力向後推至大腿側出水

還是要買大斧頭型的划手板 XD

但是感覺上大斧頭型的好像會刮到大腿囧a

剛剛在露天看到這個 http://ppt.cc/K8Hf 矯正帶?

看不懂他的原理是什麼? 有人有過嗎? 還是只是搞噱頭的怪雞絲?

那個矯正帶，原理就是防止手腕過度彎曲，強迫用整個前臂+

手掌的面積抓水。沒有受過訓練的人，很容易只用手掌抓水，

而沒有善用整個前臂更大的面積。普通划手版做不到這個功能
