在最近8場比賽中缺席7場的保羅（Chris Paul），在面對國王的比賽中正式回歸，而且一
回來就達成兩大生涯里程碑，生涯助攻數超越史崔克蘭（Rod Strickland），名列史上第
10，抄截數則是超越湯瑪斯（Isiah Thomas），名列史上第15名。
保羅更成為成為裴頓（Gary Payton）、基德（Jason Kidd）和史塔克頓（John Stockton
）之後，史上第4位生涯助攻排名前10、抄截排名前15的球員。
對於這些成就，保羅也感到十分開心。「這無疑是一大榮譽，這成就不僅僅是代表我自己
，更代表這些年來和我一同經歷過的隊友、教練們，這是屬於許多人的榮耀。」
NBA史上助攻王和抄截王都是由傳奇後衛史塔克頓所包攬，累積15806次助攻和3265次抄截
，而保羅目前則是累積7994次助攻和1864次抄截，想要追上前輩的腳步恐怕是一項「不可
能的任務」。
「這是不可能的事情，在我生涯第二年就因膝蓋受傷缺席了18場比賽，從那時候開始就已
經註定我沒辦法追上他了。」保羅說。
保羅今年將滿32歲，對比同時期的史塔克頓，他在32歲時已經累積超過10000次助攻，19
個賽季有17個球季全勤，生涯僅僅缺席22場比賽，如此驚人的出勤率和攻守效率讓史塔克
頓的助攻抄截紀錄成為聯盟後輩們難以企及的超級障礙。
雖然要趕上史塔克頓有難度，不過保羅還是有機會在排行榜更上層樓，有機會成為史塔克
頓、基德之後史上第3位達成10000次助攻和2000次抄截的球員。
