抬肘及小手臂沒收的問題請益 - 桌球

各位桌球先進大家好:
(文有點長,誠心想請益,
先感謝您的耐心閱讀)
小時候有打過一陣子球(乙組),
有基本球感,可以基本對練。
後來就沒打了,也沒教練幫忙看,
拉球動作也是自己看別人學的,
所以才會造成現在的麻煩。
最近想說重拾球拍(日直),
所以找了桌球教練報名上20堂課。
目前上了一堂,
教練指出最大問題在於,
我的正手小手臂收的很少,
幾乎都用大臂移動來打球,
尤其起下旋時更明顯,
進而導致抬肘跟翻拍等問題。
自己回來時對著鏡子空揮,
發現自己真的都是用大臂去找球,
小臂就是僵硬在那邊,
拉完球的動作大概是,
大臂整隻抬到頭上,超級怪,

導致我雖然拉球上台率不錯,
但拉過去的球質量很差,
都是有旋轉但速度很慢的那種,
對手輕鬆回擋,自己反而死掉。
教練也說拉球應該要往前多一點,
我想自己就是因為小手臂沒收,
導致整隻大臂抬起來,
才會一直拉出軟軟球,
沒有前衝力道。
目前查了網路上有關
「抬肘」、「小手臂使用」等資料
目前歸納幾個可以努力的方向:
1.揮拍結束時有意識地往左前方結束。
2.右手腋下夾一條厚毛巾打20顆,拿掉後看是否較好,若無則回到夾毛巾動作循環,習慣後
3.左手扶住右手手肘避免晃動過大,20顆後重複上述循環。
以上,
教練說要改善小手臂使用,
就是不斷揮空拍,
但自己又覺得若能有球訓,
感覺可以更快抓到實際上的感覺,
因此想請益各位桌球前輩,
針對抬肘、大手臂用太多、
小手臂沒收的問題,
是否還有什麼較好的訓練方法,
或是一些概念上如何理解會更好的問題。
