投球完隔天肩膀痠怎麼解呢 - 棒球

昨天我跟我朋友相約練球
大概就簡單傳接 長傳 簡單內野守備 投打對決
投打對決時 最速投到時速109公里
但幾乎全部都是壞球 最終面對3個人次被選了3個保送
只算有催的部份的話 昨天投了約90球
收操也有做 腿部拉筋 肩膀拉筋 手臂伸展
洗澡時則是洗超熱的熱水澡 感覺超放鬆 讚
但隔天早上起來
投球手的肩膀與肩胛骨還是超級酸
剛起床時幾乎快到手舉不起來的程度
現在是還好了 但還是蠻痠痛的
這要怎麼解呢? 還是單純收操沒做好呢
有鄉民可以推薦一些肩膀背部的收操作嗎?
還是需要加入一點冰敷?
