高球當然不是只有晴空塔般高就好...
要能讓球落下來時，狠狠地砸在好球帶板上...
然後聽到一個清脆的響聲...那才是Strike!!!
想請教版上先拜們...
丟這樣的球，有甚麼訣竅可以掌握嗎？
平時需特別針對什麼部位做訓練嗎？
或者球投出手的那一瞬間，哪個部位需要特別用力才投得高？
