呃,想請問各位前輩都怎麼安排球隊的體訓方式?
我們是普通的系隊,有鑑於每次打比賽打到後半段都會因體力不繼而崩盤
因此我們安排了一周一次,大概兩個半小時左右的體訓時間
沒有藥球或是三角錐等道具,只有一群年輕但欠操的肉體
想請問如果想要加強循環體能的話,各位前輩會怎麼安排?
以下是小弟我的想法,請各位前輩給予指教
做操+操場2圈熱身+協調操

伏地挺身15下
仰臥起坐15下
老漢推車50m
鴨子走路50m
七點守備折返三趟
波比跳(伏地挺身+開合跳)15下
慢跑約800m
"
以上依時間做兩到三輪
這樣不曉得強度夠不夠,或是強度太強
