打球的體力要怎麼練? - 籃球

個人屬於容易氣喘吁吁的體質
之前有練系隊 但低強度的練習對體力的幫助實在不大
現在沒練 覺得體力越來越差
鬥牛時遇到很難守的 用盡全力去防守 下場就是在進攻端完全無力 準心直接跑掉 過人速
度消失無蹤
一次在場上待太久也容易無力 會有跟不上別人的感覺
本身有在固定投籃和重訓
但這些對體力和耐力的幫助不太大
況且就算練到超強 體力太差在場上根本施展不開
請問板上大家都怎麼訓練這種基本體力的?沒練球隊的前提下 跑步的強度要到多少才會
對打球的體力有幫助?
