各位前輩好:
最近打擊狀況跌到谷底,姿勢也不順暢
日職偶像柳田悠岐的全力猛揮理念,是我嚮往的打擊者
但是拍攝自己打擊的姿勢,總是覺得東卡西卡
雖然站在打擊區揮得很用力
用影片仔細檢視自己,就是軟軟的不順暢
最近苦惱右肘的部分:
>>習慣的揮擊會卡到腰部,力量出不來
>>抬高右肘遠離軀幹,變成揮出大圓圈
請問應該怎麼修正比較好?
請各位前輩賜教 Orz
