最近系上的學弟錄了一些他們打擊的姿勢影片
想要好好鍛練打擊
影片裡的姿勢我自己看起來是感覺怪怪的
大部分都沒用到腰、揮棒軌跡大且不穩定、重心沒有留住
但是再更深入我就說不太出個所以然了QQ
想請各位前輩鞭策一下，我再將大家的意見轉告給他們
