打擊場練習的方法? - 棒球討論

因為沒有參加球隊 只能在打擊場揮棒
打擊頻率大概一個月3-4次 一次大概至少200顆球
目前除了每次去練習場增加打擊次數之外(大概是250 ball / per time)
降速打擊(從140KM/H-->90KM/H)確實做好每次打擊動作
好像沒有其他可以做的了(改練習左打? )
不知道有人去打擊場練習有菜單嗎?
最近覺得似乎越打越不累了 隔天肌肉完全無感
不知道是不是最近開始學打籃球 手臂練壯了
(剛開始打棒球 打完隔天手臂會酸痛到舉不起來)
是不是該每次增加多一點的打擊球的數目(以一次100顆增加)?
還是有其他建議呢?
