打擊場的棒球道對於打慢壘有幫助嗎? - 壘球

我個人習慣到打擊練習場後...
會先練打棒球道:球速110~120KM/H
然後再練打慢壘道...
而我個人覺得打棒球的部分還不錯,
多有擊中球心...
然後再打慢壘時,
覺得整個擊球的timing節奏和擊球點高度大大不同...
所以我現在幾乎都不再打棒球道了...
感覺對於練慢壘打擊似乎沒有多大幫助...
打棒球後打慢壘,整個球感和球點都要再重抓...
想請教各位慢壘界先輩,
你們去打擊場還會打棒球嗎?還是純練慢壘?
