手骨折時能訓練的東西 - 壘球

小弟兩個月前右手掌骨骨折後
就一直在復健沒辦法打球
最近右手有越來越好
只是不能拿重物也不能太用力
最近每天都會跑操場半小時跟固定做腹肌
想請問各位大大目前做什麼訓練對於打球會有進步呢
