手臂肌肉鍛鍊問題 - 衝浪運動討論

各位前輩好:
小弟浪齡約一年半,都衝長板居多
可穩定斜跑,下浪成功機率大概六成
平時一周手臂訓練三天,一天做的內容如下:
1.菱形伏地挺身
2.窄距伏地挺身
3.正常距離伏地挺身
每次各85下,總共約250下
現在發現衝浪2~3小時之後,要再划回Outsude,手臂就滿酸的
想請教是否有更好的訓練方式,可以拉長衝浪時間、及增加划水耐力
或是有推薦的Youtuber鍛鍊影片嗎
