手臂會很容易沒力 - 壘球

小弟我週六日都會連打個兩天球。
週六都是練球+練習賽居多、週日則是有比賽打比賽、沒比賽練球。
因為之前右肩有受過傷、去年剛開始打時傳球都很軟。
經過了一年的調整,現在已經比較會用手肘和手腕的力量了。
不過常常會出現,第一天練球時剛開始KGB傳球還滿有力道的
不過在KGB完後,反而有時手臂會開始沒力氣。
肩膀會有點緊緊酸酸的,一般的傳球會摧不出力來。
然後隔天比賽前的熱身就會有點沒力,雖然正式來還是可以摧出勁道。
不過KGB那種輕鬆傳的反而不太有力。
然後在休息個一週後,隔週六練球時力氣又回來了...
會是什麼原因呢?投完擺臂的姿勢不正確?肌力不足?用力不當?
