請問版上的壘球同好們
有人跟我一樣受到手腕傷痛困擾的嗎?
就是打擊時會很痛 不管打好或擠壓到都一樣
就是有使用到"史令鼓" 就會痛
丟球倒是還好
這狀況已經很久了 看了N家中醫或西醫都不見好轉
醫生們大多都是說韌帶受傷
請問各位壘球人們有無好建議給小弟參考一下
