舉例來說：高中念第一志願的學生，考大學時也不時每個都能考上台大，ㄧ定有人好有人差
但他們都是經過考試才能篩選進第一志願的，難道那些考差的都是因爲老師不會教，所以才
球隊的球員也是經過篩選進來的，教練在訓練，ㄧ定也有人比較好有人比較差。
但很多人都會把選手成長的好壞ㄧ昧怪教練不會養，這樣是不是有點怪啊？
就像那些旅美或旅日的台灣投手，很多出國時也是備受期待呀，結果有些也表現的很差，按照中職的邏輯也是被養壞了吧，但卻沒什麼人會這樣說
重點還是在選手本身吧？
