我每天都要上班~每天都要站很久8-9小時要容易水腫~下半身肥胖~上半身也好不到哪去我想先瘦下半身每天上班真ㄉ很忙~沒時間在主什ㄇ東西吃更不用說運動有吃的還是擦的抹的~不要黑心貨不要轉貼~~~~拜託瘦身達人我57KG想瘦到45KG對ㄌ我睡眠作息都不正常
