我想要減肥 - 游泳討論

退伍了想要衝減肥,
天天去游泳池報到。
我的游泳方式是,
抬頭捷200M(衝心跳數),
自由式1000M,
抬頭蛙300M(怕蛙式太輕鬆),
共1500M,
花費時間50分鐘。
休息約20分鐘後,
再同樣一次的1500M,
也就是總計游兩次共3000M。
結束後會喝一杯牛奶。
想請問一下,
這樣的游泳方是有沒有需要改善的地方??
特別是如果我想要藉此減肥@@"
