如題囉!(若是有關任何瘦身產品的訊息請絕對不要回覆!!)想對這件事做研究並不是想減肥只是單純的想知道三餐都喝牛奶麥片是否真的能夠減肥~?牛奶麥片的內容:桂格大燕麥片一匙約40g克寧牛奶1匙約40克搭配每天騎單車20分的運動一星期約可減掉多少卡路里?所以想請知道的人告訴我謝謝
