我係男,我14歲啦,我聽講15~16歲到開始停高,我依加好似176cm,我想高到185到咁上下,因為我第時想做男modol,所以想再高d,唔知有冇咩辦法呢?我打左3年排球,有冇用呢?

我想知如果想操feet d有咩方法?我176,瘦,又未到竹咁,有dd肌肉咁啦,想操feet佢,不過我上網睇話太早練肌肉唔易高,咁又有咩方法呢?
我得10點可以比到大家

如你飲食均衡,保持身體健康,都應該有得高既,
做運動對身體有益,做多d當然好啦,
(2)邊個話早練肌肉唔易高-,-
我年齡身高都同你差唔多,
我0係學校係籃球隊,隻手都叫有少少老鼠仔,
但我上次身體檢查先發現又高3cm,
如果你係想練肌肉我就見意你做下運動,
我都係打得籃球多先有老鼠仔,
