從今年六月底左右開始慢跑,左腳膝蓋跑沒幾次之後就會隱隱作痛,不過通常都休息一個晚上就沒事,可是八月下旬以來跑步的速度有增加距離也拉長了,變成跑完的隔天要蹲下去時覺得膝蓋好緊,而且很明顯可以看得出左腳膝蓋的外側軟軟的地方〈就是那片蓋子根小腿骨之間的區域〉有腫腫的,蹲下�
