感覺 - 游泳討論

我想請問就是現在我已經把肩膀的肉鍛鍊好了
但是我最近發覺就是我好像變得沒有水感了
就是對於水流比較沒那麼敏感
是因為待泳池太久的關係嗎??
還是我小題大作= =a??其實本來就沒有
以上只是小疑問,我主要問的是下面的0.0
就是現在的我每次游泳呀,游到一陣子之後就會想停下來休息
雖然偶爾會想說[不行!要堅持]
但最後還是失手了
可是重點來了
我不知道這個休息是因為累還是因為喘??
如果是累,那我必須去訓練肌力
如果是喘,我必須去訓練心肺
感覺很糟糕,自己的身體自己都不知道....
因為雖然停下來後
心肺跳動快、但是不會很激烈、頻率很正常
但是有點喘
至於身體不會累但是很酸
請問有沒有可以建議的小方法呢??
有沒有人狀況跟我一樣呢?
