基本上，報告指出 球隊人員 McNally 和 Jastremski 有故意放球的氣
而根據證據，球團老闆 Kraft 和 教練 Belichick 應該是不知情的
但 Brady 若沒有參與，至少也是知道 M 和 J 有故意漏氣的事情。
在事件剛爆發時，球團和Brady都有出來開記者會，其中Brady說他原本連
McNally的名字都不知道，更沒有指示要放氣。
