「棒球浪子」曹錦輝過去曾在雅典奧運投出約162公里速球,而他在2016年最後一次於大
聯盟登板也都還有156公里速球,現在他39歲,還有145公里速球,不管是身體強度,還是
訓練都有他自己的想法。
對於怎樣「飆速」?他說:「首先你要能夠吃苦,然後就是決心。」他舉例自己也曾幫助
一些現役或者還在職棒打拚的球員訓練,都收到很好效果。
他透露自己的訓練,「一星期五天,可能前2周你都還無法上丘(投手丘)。」而他因傷
休養,在2017後就「退休」,不過3年後,看到他再以不同風貌站上投手丘,曹錦輝想要
用這樣的訓練方式,告訴自己,也告訴他人,他還可以。
曹錦輝跟羅國華聯手一起打造「投手訓練班」,羅國華說:「Tsao Sports顧名思義,就
是超速的阿伯!」想要讓大家體驗這樣的訓練內容
曹錦輝說:「一開始據點會在新北市,之後會在桃園。」而他也現在正在找尋適合的場地
,打造他想要的環境。
