小弟目前身高177體重71身體算有點肥胖型尤其在大腿肚子胸部都有些肥肉前陣子實施高蛋白減肥幾乎都沒碰到澱粉外加一些慢跑游泳體重是乎有下降(原先體重73.5)目前想鍛鍊一下體格想練練胸肌腹肌等不知道各位大大有沒有什麼建議像該做些什麼運動應該攝取些什麼營養如果能簡單點告訴我更感謝(像澱�
