這邊說的怕碰撞不是怕被人撞
而是怕撞傷別人
因為我本身體重在100kg上下浮沉
體脂率大概30多
算胖不算壯
每次跟人搶球或是要去擋人時
都會很怕把50~70kg的球友撞飛撞傷
而不敢太激烈爭球
踢起來就會畏畏縮縮的
這種情況該怎麼辦呢?
或是有沒有辦法克服心理障礙?
