怎麼均衡重訓跟練球 - 羽球

想請問一下大家是怎麼安排重訓跟練球的課表
我重訓的目的是追求肌肥大 練一休一
所以會在訓練中交錯做1Rm多組
目前的重訓課表對我來說有點負擔
如果正常休息個一天 隔天狀態不會到太好
但還是可以訓練的狀態
可是我發現如果穿插練球
比如說禮拜一練重訓 禮拜二休 禮拜三練球
那練球的效果就會很差 肌肉都還沒完全回覆
多球打的都很痛苦
問題是我重訓一個禮拜三天會覺得沒辦法在少了
如果為了練球在多休一天 這樣重訓效果就很差
想問有沒有大大有相關經驗可以分享的
