我很討厭跑步
但是因為打校隊 體能還是要兼顧 不得不跑
每次跑步都很痛苦... 因為不只要跑完固定的距離 還有時間限制
不喜歡跑步的原因
一來是沒耐心 覺得跑步無聊
二來是自己心肺功能 肌耐力太差
有沒有人可以告訴我 怎麼讓跑步變的有趣一點? Q_Q
每次看別人動不動就是十幾二十圈 就覺得超佩服
另外啊 大家都是跑步跑了多久才覺得自己的體力有提升?
請大家說說自己的經驗吧 謝謝!
