復健游自由式跟蛙式 - 游泳討論

小弟因為肩膀脖子長期痠痛 肌肉纖維化
所以常游泳做復健 小弟的問題是
因為小弟背部跟肩膀的肌肉左右不協調
右邊肌肉比較疲軟無力 相對左邊就比較強健
想請問一下 小弟自由式都是用左邊換氣
這會不會讓左邊肌肉訓練比較多呢 需不需要改練習右邊換氣呢
還是事實上並沒有差別哩?
另外問一個小問題 游自由式耳朵進水是正常嗎
還是姿勢不正確造成 感謝大家
