近期打掉重練,訓練著重 壓重心 轉跨 腳蹬 還原 跟以往出力部位差非常非常多
腰、大腿、大臂、肩膀 是最常酸痛的。但有一處在特定動作酸腫感就很明顯…
坐椅要站起屁股離開椅面5公分那一瞬間 酸腫感非常非常明顯
脊椎快到底 肚臍往下10公分 偏右側「界邊」 大概是這三點結接一帶
休息兩個禮拜明顯好非常多,會是哪個環節動作出問題嗎?
有大大也是這樣的酸痛經驗嗎?
那一處是哪個肌群?或是哪個部位呢?
