Bill Ladson of MLB.com reports that free agent right-hander Chien-Ming Wang
is expected to make a decision on his new team by the end of the week.
The Nationals are the heavy favorite to sign Wang, although his agent Alan
Nero stopped short of saying anything was finalized last week. Wang, who
turns 30 in March, will likely land an incentive-laden contract. He's
expected to miss the early part of the season while rehabbing from shoulder
