近年台灣籃球運動風潮延燒,黑人陳建州2020年成立職籃聯盟PLG,聯盟球隊之一的高雄
17直播鋼鐵人主場就在高雄市鳳山體育館。知情房仲透露,球隊租下整棟透天當成球員宿
舍,且房東還配合球員身高,床組再特地加寬、加長,讓球員可直接入住,估年租金至少
破百萬。

陳建州3年前催生台灣第一個職業籃球聯盟「P. LEAGUE+」,把籃球職業化,帶起台灣籃
球風氣,甚至被網友稱為「台籃國父」,並擔任聯盟執行長。日前陳建州被指控性騷擾,
不少籃球迷擔心PLG聯盟恐受影響,6月30日PLG也火速公告,稱聯盟執行長陳建州已自請
暫停聯盟職務。
目前PLG聯盟有富邦勇士、新北國王、桃園璞園領航猿、新竹街口攻城獅、福爾摩沙台新
夢想家和高雄17直播鋼鐵人,共6支球隊,其中鋼鐵人的主場就在高雄市鳳山體育館,一
有比賽,陳建州幾乎場場都到,尤其在今年林書豪加盟鋼鐵人後,主場門票每場都是秒殺
,帶動鋼鐵人球隊知名度與球員人氣。
據知情房仲透露,鋼鐵人租下在鳳山的整棟全新透天當成球員宿舍,主因是車程5~10分鐘
可達高雄主場,加上可以整棟租下,方便球隊管理。

該房仲表示:「該棟為地上5樓,共有16間獨立套房,每間都有獨立陽台,套房坪數約7~8
坪,附全新裝潢、家電,同時配合球員身高,床組再特地加寬、加長,讓球員可直接入住
,不過該棟查無實登資訊,估計年租金至少破百萬。」
高雄市不動產仲介商業同業公會副理事長鄭啟峰指出表示,高雄市鳳山體育館周邊為以前
舊鳳山市中心,生活機能非常方便,區內產品以透天、公寓為主,屋齡約40~50年,整理
後套房行情約8000元~1萬元;至於全新整棟的出租套房,在當地非常少見,若含裝潢、冷
氣、冰箱、洗衣機等家電,一卡皮箱可入住,月租金約1.2~1.5萬元。
