常打球的大家還會加入深蹲訓練嗎? - 籃球

各位高手晚安
相信很多球友為了加強身體素質,還有增強肌肉預防受傷,
在沒打球的時候會加入重量訓練,而深蹲又號稱重訓動作之王,
相信很多球場高手都健身練球並行,小弟也不例外。
不過隨著深蹲的重量越來越重,最近卻開始覺得打球的時候膝蓋常常出現不舒服的情況,
沒熱身的話幾乎是稍微蹲下去就會不適,即使熱身完也幾乎做不了變向或急停等動作,
醫生說是我運動過度使軟骨磨損產生退化...
建議要休息一陣子讓軟骨增生的速度追上耗損的速度。
但我前陣子休息兩週後又打球加重訓,還是又遇到了一樣的情況...
目前我運動頻率是每週打兩天球再重訓三天,其中一天練腿,
我在想說,是不是腿部重訓時要避免深蹲動作,以避免多餘的軟骨磨損?
畢竟打籃球就已經對膝蓋是不小的負擔了
不知道各位有打球又重訓的板友,
是否有類似問題? 或是大家會以其他腿部訓練動作替代深蹲呢?
