請問我們如果全場1-9局都這麼專注以及戒心,球一拿直接用雷射肩全力送去內野
這樣我們心理一定會緊繃,如果緊繃肌肉就會僵硬,如果僵硬是不是暴傳失誤?
所以有沒有可能我們的教練要球員輕鬆面對,也要心理要放鬆的面對高強度比賽。所以變
成我們看到的情況?
不然我們照著日本做,是不是最後做什麼事失誤又:想太多 ?
所以怎麼讓每一球都守的有戒心,又可以讓肌肉不要這麼緊繃?
還是台灣只能擇一呢?
