左右手力量不一怎麼自我訓練呢? - 游泳討論

我都是左邊換氣 每次游兩千捷式大概在45分鐘以內
一般都游的很順 但如果換上划手板會發現自己的左手
力量比較小划不好...右手可以直直地~划~推到底...
左手因為力氣不夠 開始要推時..不是板子歪掉就是手偏掉了...
我自己猜想的原因是
1. 因為長期左邊換氣 導致兩手力氣不同 所以要練另一邊換氣...?
2. 天生左手力氣比較小 靠重訓來彌補...?
想請教大家要如果自我訓練來克服這個缺點呢...? 謝謝 :)
